Return Policy

Oct 09, 2026

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

This Shipping Policy applies to all jewelry orders placed on https://jinglinjewelry.com/.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Custom-made and personalized jewelry may require 5–10 business days for production before shipping.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days | Trackable, cost-effective

  • Express Shipping (DHL/FedEx/UPS): 3–5 business days | Fastest option, higher cost

  • Economy Shipping: 15–25 business days | Best for non-urgent orders

Delivery estimates start from the date of dispatch, not the order date. Delivery times may be extended during peak seasons or due to customs delays beyond our control.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are determined through mutual agreement between you and our customer service team, based on destination, order weight, and selected shipping method.

Please contact us at admin@jinglinjewelry.com before or after placing your order to confirm the shipping fee. The agreed shipping cost will be confirmed in writing before your order is dispatched.

We do not offer free shipping promotions. All orders are subject to shipping fees.

4. International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to the following:

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

All customs duties, import VAT, and similar charges are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are levied by your country‘s customs authority and are not collected by us.

We are required by law to declare the actual value of your order on customs documents. We cannot mark orders as “gifts” or undervalue them.

If you refuse a package due to customs charges, the return shipping cost and any associated fees will be deducted from your refund.

Customs Delays

Customs processing times vary by country and are outside our control. Delays caused by customs inspection are not covered by our delivery estimates.

Restricted Destinations

We currently do not ship to certain countries due to carrier restrictions or legal limitations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us for alternatives.

5. Packaging & Handling

Jewelry items require special care during transit. We take the following measures:

  • All items are securely packed in protective jewelry boxes or pouches.

  • High-value orders may be shipped with additional security measures, including signature confirmation upon delivery.

  • Items may ship separately if your order contains multiple pieces from different locations.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If Your Package is Lost in Transit

Contact us at admin@jinglinjewelry.com if tracking has not updated for 7 business days (domestic) or 14 business days (international). We will open an investigation with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

If Your Package Arrives Damaged

Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with clear photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, and damaged item. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.

If Your Package is Marked Delivered but Not Received

Check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office first. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 7 calendar days. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier, but we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement in cases of confirmed delivery to the correct address.

7. Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships. You can track your package through the carrier’s website or the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you need to change your address after placing an order, contact us immediately. We can only update the address if the order has not yet been shipped.

9. Contact Us

If you have any questions about shipping, tracking, or delivery, please contact us:
