Terms & Conditions

Oct 09, 2026

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of jinglinjewelry.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make through the Site. Your statutory consumer rights under the laws of your country always prevail over these Terms.

1. General

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Products & Descriptions

2.1 Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to describe our jewelry accurately, including materials, dimensions, carat weights, and gemstone characteristics. However, slight variations may occur due to:

  • Handcrafted nature of the products

  • Photographic lighting and monitor settings

  • Natural variations in gemstones and precious metals

Carat Weight: Lab-grown diamond and moissanite weights are approximate. For stones described in fractions (e.g., 1/2 carat), the actual weight may fall within a reasonable range. Contact us for exact specifications before ordering if weight is critical to your decision.

Product Labeling: All lab-grown diamonds are described using the terms “laboratory-grown” or “lab-grown” in immediate proximity to the word “diamond,” in accordance with applicable advertising guidelines. Moissanite is always identified by its own name and is never described as diamond.

2.2 Gemstone Treatments

Some gemstones may undergo standard industry treatments to enhance appearance or durability. Where required, we will disclose treatments that significantly affect value or require special care. If you have questions about a specific stone, please contact us.

2.3 Hallmarking (UK Customers)

Precious metal items sold to UK customers comply with the Hallmarking Act 1973. Items exceeding the legal weight thresholds bear an approved UK assay office hallmark. Items below the threshold are exempt. Our UK dealer‘s notice is displayed on the Site in accordance with applicable requirements.

2.4 Lab-Grown Diamonds & Moissanite

Lab-Grown Diamonds: Our lab-grown diamonds are created in controlled laboratory environments using advanced technological processes. They are not mined from the earth and are clearly labeled as laboratory-grown in all product descriptions. Lab-grown diamonds are not subject to the Kimberley Process because they are not mined.

Moissanite: Moissanite is a silicon carbide gemstone. It is lab-created and valued for its brilliance, fire, and durability. Moissanite is not a diamond and should not be represented as such.

We clearly label all products by stone type, with the qualifying term appearing immediately before the word “diamond” in every product listing. If you have questions about the specific stone in any product, please contact us before ordering.

2.5 Disclosure & Certification

Where applicable, lab-grown diamonds and moissanite may be accompanied by grading or authenticity certificates from recognized laboratories or our suppliers. Certificate availability varies by product and is indicated on the product page. The stone type is clearly disclosed in close proximity to every product description.

3. Pricing & Payment

3.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice.

For EU/UK customers: Prices include VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated. If you are purchasing from outside the EU/UK, prices may exclude local import taxes and duties, which are your responsibility.
